MOTOROLA MOBILITY

Motorola Mobility is a member of GeSI as one of the activities within our climate change strategy.  This year we launched a new climate change strategy, having met our absolute greenhouse gas reduction targets up until 2010. This includes goals to:

• Reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 10 percent from 2011 levels, by 2016
• Reduce greenhouse gas emissions normalized to floorspace by 15 percent from 2011 levels, by 2016
• Increase our purchase of electricity from renewable sources to 30 percent by 2020

We are assessing the lifecycle climate impacts of our products and making our products more energy efficient.  We also contribute to climate change through the activities of our suppliers. Our long-term goal is to measure and reduce the climate impact of our supply chain.
