Dr. Victor (Haijun) Chen is now serving as Chief Green Transformation Officer, Standardization & Industry Development Department of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. He has been working for Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. about 20 years. Dr. Chen has held several senior positions in succession within the company including, the first CEO of Huawei Technologies Netherlands B.V., President of Huawei Millicom Global Key Account Business Unit, President of Huawei Brussels Office (PACD-Public Affairs and Communications Department), President of Huawei Telenor Global Key Account Business Unit, Senior Board Director and the Vice Chairman of Huawei Subsidiary Board of Directors in West Europe, President of Huawei Telefonica Global Key Account Business Unit, etc.
Dr. Chen holds a Ph.D. degree in EE and has vast experiences in ICT field.
