The COVID-19 crisis has been a test for organisations worldwide on the importance of business continuity. While many parts of the world are slowly emerging after months under lockdown, the effects of the pandemic will persist across sectors—perhaps indefinitely.
Coexisting with the medium- and long-term effects of the pandemic has been facilitated through digital technologies: from remote working to e-learning, e-health to contact tracing solutions, digital technologies have been able to address the daily challenges that we continue to face.
GeSI member, Fujitsu has put in the necessary measures to curb the contagions, ensure business continuity, as well as the safety of its customers, partners and employees. To ensure the continuation of its services, Fujitsu has favoured smart-working for its employees in order to guarantee assistance and support to customers.
Building on its expertise in cybersecurity, Fujitsu also has guidelines to safeguard business operations as risks of cyberattacks and violations rise amid the pandemic. A special podcast focusing on how to tackle today’s cybersecurity challenges with Fujitsu experts and their partners can be found here.
In an effort to support organisations as they continue to build on a digital workforce, Fujitsu has also produced its Six Action Points for successful Workforce Transformation whitepaper.
